Built on our tried-and-true DR full-sized frame, the DR920L has a 5.3″ barrel with a full sight radius for the best accuracy and control in its class when firing quickly. Because the long slide absorbs recoil, it is our fastest, uncompensated design.

The DR920L’s frame has ergonomics that can be changed. Because the backstraps can be changed, shooters can change the angle of their grip to match their natural point of aim. A long beavertail and a deep undercut in the trigger guard work together to drastically reduce recoil and make the gun easier to control. The wrap-around texture of the frame’s grip is aggressive enough to keep the gun firmly in the shooter’s hand without being too uncomfortable for everyday use.

The DR920L is only available in elite models with top serrations, window cuts, a thinner profile where you grip it, and front and back direction serrations. The match-grade barrel of the pistol is spiral fluted and has a traditional rifled pattern.

The aluminum trigger has a flat face and a 4.5-5.0 lb trigger pull with a crisp, tactile reset. It is safe to drop. Because of our patented optic cut, shooters can mount any mini red dot optic they want. Most of the major brands of RDS optics can be mounted directly to the slide of the DR920L, without any plates or adapters in between.
